On June, 5th in the city of Saint-Petersburg there took a place the seminar called “Trends in meat-processing industry and meat product promotion 2015: anti-crisis solutions”, which was organized by “Atlantis-Pak” company together with “Shaller” company.
Technologists and marketing experts of many meat-processing plants took part in the seminar. The Speakers were PKF “Atlantis-Pak” LLC experts, representatives of “Shaller” and RA “Voskhod” companies, and Vitaliy Smurygin, Doctor of Science, Sales Director of “Logos” company.
Novelties in the sphere of ready-made solutions (casings and formulas), being actual for nowadays, marketing tendencies in meat-processing industry connected with prime cost of the final product and promotion of product assortment in modern market conditions were discussed. Vitaliy Smurygin, Sales Director of “Logos” company made a report on self-manufactured products: natural and artificial casings, Logonetnets and Net-Casing (the casing in a net), Beckdorin collagen film, Clip-Master continuous clips, cellophane sleeves, fibrous bags, the main advantage of which is their stable quality, universality and optimal balance of the price and the quality, the last being the most significant point.
After the theoretical part of the seminar had ended and all useful information had been summarized, all participants were given a chance to test the products in casings and bags, produced by “Atlantis-Pak” company. Commemorative diplomas were given to each participant of the seminar.
