SCOPE OF USE:

Heat shrinkable Krehalon bags type MLF40, type MLF45 are used for packaging, ripening, storing and realization of cheese.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

Low figures on permeability by oxygen let exclude existence of non-desirable processes in cheese, such as formation of mold and ensure long term of expiry of the cheese packed.

Optimal permeability by carbon dioxide lets drain necessary part of carbon dioxide for quality ripening of cheese.

Demonstration of the product in the most attractive layout for the consumer due to optical qualities of a bag (translucency, gloss for colorless bags; variety of colors, gloss for colored bags).

High strength characteristics ensure preservance of the products packed on the stages of transportaion and stock keeping.

Absence of chlorine containing substances. More countries are concerned by ecological situation and utilization of packaging materials. Utilization of the packaging not containing chlorine substances is less polluting to the environment .

КREHALON type MLF40, type MLF45 bags correspond to the requirements GN2.3.3.972-00 approved by conclusions and certificates in force, issued by Federal service on supervision in the consumer's rights protection and human well-being.

Type MLF40 - for cheese with low gas release;

Type MLF45 - for cheese with moddle gas release.

* cut into single bags, packed in transporting bags by 100 pieces.

Storage and transportation of bags

Bags should be stored in dry and clean premises, temperature in the premises should not exceed 35 °С, relative humidity not above 60 %.

During storage and transportation it is not recommended to expose boxes with bags to high temperatures influence (above 35°С) and direct sunlight reach.

It is strictly prohibited to throw and to hit boxes with bags.

It is required to keep the bags which have been stored at temperature below 0°С before use at room temperature not less than for 24 hours not opening manufacturing packaging.

If long-term storage is required, it is recommended to repack under vacuum the bags which have not been used into a new bag.

Thermal shrinkage

Themal shrinkage with the product is fulfilled with the help of thermal shrinkage tank. The equipment should ensure regulation and control over conditions and parametres of the technologocal process of thermal shrinkage.

Thermal shrinkage is fulfilled by dipping of the bag with the product into hot water or spraying of it by hot water at temperature from 85 °С up to 90 °С for 2-3 seconds.

It is recommended to regularly conduct scheduled works on washing and handling of the equipment.

Cheese ripening

Cheese ripening, packed into Krehaon type MLF40, type MLF45 bags, is made in accordance with Technological Advice for this kind of cheese.

During ripening of packed cheese it is required to monitor timely find out hermetization of bags break, what is accompanied by

 

 

 

что сопровождается развитием на сырах поверхностной микрофлоры. Такие сыры сразу же должны быть подвергнуты мойке, обсушке и повторно упакованы в пакеты.

Использование пакетов Креалон тип MLF40, тип MLF45 позволяет снизить потери сыра при созревании и исключает развитие ряда серьезных пороков внешнего вида (подкорковой плесени, цветных пятен на поверхности, подпревание корки).

Storage and transportation of the product packed into Krehalon type MLF40, type MLF45 bags

Product, packed into Krehalon bags type MLF40, type MLF45 should be stored at temperature 4-2 °С and relative humidity 80-85%. Terms of storage are set on the basis and in accordance with normative documents in force.

Guarantee of the manufacturer

The manufacturer guarantees the correspondence of the bags to TU requirements if conditions of transportation and storage at the consumer's warehouses are observed and manufacturer's packaging integrity is preserved.

Term of storage of bags under guarantee - 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
