SCOPE OF USE:

All kinds of cooked, smoked and fried meat delicatesse and hams.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

Polyether nets Logonet have bigger squares, what decreases the pressure put by the net onto the meat product, and thus it is easy to be removed from the meat product.
Nets are characterized by strength during stuffing and high quality, they excellently hold the product, have ideally uniform diameter.

At the moment Logonet nets are manufactured of four sizes:

80/36

100/36

125/36

150/36

180/36

200/36

220/36

80- caliber of a net (maximum diameter of stretching - 5%);

36 - quality of squares by perimeter.

Logonet nets have from 3 to 4 bundles between them.

Nets LOGONET CLASSIC have from 4 to 6 knots between the rubber bands. Nets of this type are characterized by high quality and reasonable prices. Used for molding cooked, smoked and roast beef and ham specialities.

Nets LOGONET EXTRA have 3 knot between the gum and therefore stronger pull meat product compared to net classic. Nets of this type are ideally controlling the shape of the ham and used for molding cooked, smoked and roast beef and ham specialities.

Colors: white, red, white-red.

At client's request it is possible to manufacture other colors.

Measurement length of the roll: in a standard variant - 50 m, depending on the client's demand - 25 m, 100 m. etc.

Use

Raw material can be formed directly into the net, or while forming it should be additioallly wrapped into collagen or cellulous film. For this purpose it is recommended to use manual and automatic applicators, althougth forming process can be fulfilled also manually.

The recommended pipe diameter of the applicator in the above table should be considered as recommendations of the manufacturer of the nets, therefore, each manufacturer of meat products should independently verify what the diameter of the grid corresponds to its needs.

Thermo processing
While thermal processing it is permitted to use all the traditional technologies of thermal processing.

Storage

Polyether nets Logonet are to be stored in the manufacturer packaging in covered and dry warehouses, protected from sunlight at temperature not above 20 °С at the distance not less than 1 m from the heaters at relative humidity of air from 65 % up to 75 %.
