Shirring

Shirring is a reeling of the casing in the form of a reel (doll) to be used on high-speed stuffers. Use of a shirring casing significantly simplifies the process of stuffing of sausage sticks while working time saving and reducing labor costs to a minimum.

Now to get ready for stuffing you need only to fix a shirring reel on the spindle of an automatic stuffer.
Our company produce shirred casings on "Kuko" machines. Shirring machine model "Kuko-1-S-E"  is constructed specially taking into account mistakes of other types machines. The principal difference of this shirring machine is that it uses patented axial shirring system.
